Custom fields and tags not updating for Expert certification

Hello team,
I’m trying to finish my expert certification but the system won’t register the custom fields and tags I’ve added. I was able to add them to cases in a few different projects over the last two weeks but they were never counted.

Here’s an example of a test case with fields and tags added.
