Chrome(headless) doesn't work in htpps without certificate

I create two sample test .
The first in www.google.pt and work fine in all browsers.
The second is a site “not secure” because is missing the certificate.
This test works in Chrome, Firefox and Firefox(headless), but in chrome doesn’t work.
