Can't import saved test suite into chrome recorder

I am unable to open test suites in the chrome extension for Katalon Recorder. When I click the folder button, it gives me an option to select a file from the file explorer. I select the file, the window closes, and nothing shows up in the recorder. Please help! I have a work deadline.Thank you.

Also, are the test suites supposed to be saved as .pls files?

Katalon Recorder supports .HTML file. Please double check your Test Suite files is correct.
