Cannot Open Request error keeps coming when I try to open test cases from sample project

Using Katalon studio version 6.2.1
Opening any request from sample web service project like Jira api testing or even opening a new one I created, gives the error cannot open request. I am using this in Windows 10.

Same issue is happening when I try to create a new web service request in Object repo. Please help
