Cannot link to Jira

I have installed the latest Jira plugin (the paid version) and installed the latest katalon 6.1.4 and when I try to connect to Jira through project/settings/pugins/Jira I keep getting an error saying that my account is not valid.

the url, username, and password are correct.

Please advice me if you have achieved this

I have not heard from anyone yet. but at least I know it isn’t just me. I think it has to be a bug with their latest roll out.
