Add Feature File directly to Test Suites (Dynamic Test Suite for feature file)

Currently, we need to:

  1. Create a Test Case to run a feature file with tags ex. @smoke @regression
  2. Then create a Test Suite ex. Regression Test and then add the Test Case that only has CucumberKW.runFeatureFileWithTags @regression

This feels like a duplicate and unnecessary.
I hope there would be Test Suite to add a feature file directly and maybe has a tag search (like the dynamic test suite)
