How the customers who are PAYING for KSE and KRE real money can get REAL support from KATALON when it’s needed?

I do appretiate all the help I got here. But, still, there are comments that are ignored and not addressed (and you shouldn’t just “depend on the kindness of strangers”))

Have you tried to submit tickets through our Zendesk portal system which is where our dedicated support team will handle your requests?

It’s really strange. I’m able to login to my organization (which is used to PAY Katalon) but in order do get support I need to sign in as an individual Katalon user, which is currently not possible (see the screenshot above).

Why cannot people just get support directly from their organization (which are used to PAY Katalon)?
