I attempted to upload an image but the katalon recorder could not locate it when I clicked from the file manager, which is outside the katalon recorder. Is there any workaround in this problem? Thanks!

Could you try following the guide in our documentation below and let us know if it helps or not? Please also note that currently only the Chrome version of Katalon Recorder support file uploading.
