What keys need to send to open a page in a new tab upon clicking a link?

I have a hyperlink on a page where it opens the new page in the same browser. But I wanted to develop a script to open the page in a new tab by clicking on the hyperlink

There are other questions on the forum that have asked this question, and here is one of them.

But I don’t know if you should try the above using Robot framework, or WebUI.rightClick() etc.
