Upload File in Windows issue

Currently i’m trying to upload file using browse button. After the windows popup is opened i can’t navigate to file location.
i am using Upload File
My scenario is
Need to click on Select file button
Need to select file from any location
Need to click on Open
Then file will be display in my Application
Can any one please provide me steps to automate
