My team uses Katalon to run nightly tests and have been helped quite a bit by the results. Since a few weeks however the program is unable to take screenshots on failure of a test which makes the process of fixing bugs more difficult. We run the application through a remote machine on version 6.0.4. We have ensured that screenshots on failure are turned on so that shouldn’t be the issue.
The logs literally say “unable to take screenshot” with nothing else to indicate why.
We tried different browsers to no succes and different execution methods but none of them provided a solution. Does anybody else have this problem or is anybody able to find a solution to this problem? We would very much like to find out what is causing this.
