Unable to start mobile iOS recorder - ECONNREFUSED

I have currently installed Katalon and Xcode.

I am trying to start the spy mobile and when selecting the correct simulator and application build I am getting the ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:51174 error whilst the progress information is shown. Followed by the attached screenshot when the application is unable to start

Mac - MacOS Monterey 12.4
Appium - 1.22.3
Xcode - 13.4.1
Katalon - 8.3.5

I am using the coffee timer app and building to an iPad (9th generation) the simulator is able to launch, but continually getting the error

Appium: 1.8.0
XCode: Version 14.3 (14E222b)
Katalon: 8.6.0
