Unable to spy/record objects in IE

We are trying to automate an application, that is compatible only in Internet Explorer.

While trying to record or spy, the objects are not getting identified.

We have tried the IE configuration changes and updating the web drivers, but still we are getting the same error.

Can you please help us in getting a solution in this?

I think it will be better if you can attach the error message and give us some more information about it. We can’t identify and help you with that short info.

We are getting the error with the Recorder Extension.dll file as we do not have sufficient access.

This access can be given by the IT team or Katalon Team?
