Unable to see this iOS mobile object using Mobile Spy or Mobile Record

I’m using KSE 9.4.0 and Kobiton integration to develop and execute on iOS cloud devices. When trying to Mobile Spy the first native alert after the app launched I’m not able to see the alert in the screenshot. Mobile Spy and Mobile Recorder do not see the elements for the alert. After closing the alert manually I can see the application elements including other alerts. How can I identify the Don’t Allow button if Mobile Spy or Record cannot see it?
