Unable to Log In to Katalon Support Portal and Issues with Katalon Studio Recording

Hello,

I’m currently unable to open a support ticket with Katalon. When I attempt to access the support portal, it redirects me to the login screen. After entering my credentials, it takes me back to the same login page, creating a continuous loop.

Additionally, my Katalon Studio is not functioning correctly — it’s not recording any objects at all.

Could you please assist me in resolving these issues?
