Unable to launch the IE Browser after successful add on installation for Web Spy and Recording Script

The tool was unable to launch the IE browser for web Spy and Recorder.The add-ons were installed successfully and were in enabled state.Can anyone let me know if any solution available to resolve this issue.

Hi there,

Do you observe any error message displayed when you spy or record? Have you followed configuration guide for IE yet?

seriously, you’re still using Internet Explorer?
