Getting this error when I try to launch Katalon studio →
Pls. note → its a licensed version, and Im using Windows 10 Pro
And Im the admin
Any inputs, anyone, as to why ?

are you able to open from folder path instead of shortcut?
No, I m chk.ing internally with the DBAs
Please try Right-click → Run with Administrator. Let me know if it can help
Have you checked the doc?
- For Windows users, if you are extracting Katalon Studio outside of the
C:\Users\<username>folder, make sure the current user has the Read/Write permission for Katalon Studio package or runs the software with administrator privileges.

As a workaround, I was given admin access [I thought I already had it]
And now, able to launch it
