Unable to capture object on Windows application

JDK:14.0.2
Katalon:7.6.2

Hi there,

I am trying to capture a “Login” button on the windows app. I tried multiple times and the same error still occurs. It has no issue when capturing username and password fields though.

I checked the log it seems a timeout issue.
When the application is already started but the progress information bar pops up without any progress… :cold_sweat:

Can anybody please advise a feasible solution?

Hi there,

I am facing another error that application start successfully but none of the objects have been detected…

@ppppacchan

Is your app written in these technologies?

Katalon Studio fully supports automation test for desktop apps written in the following platforms: Universal Windows Platform (UWP), Windows Forms (WinForms), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and Classic Windows (Win32).

Hi @duyluong

Yes, definitely Windows Forms.
