This seems like the network problem, can you please whitelist Katalon domains here: https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-platform/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-common-administrative-issues/katalon-ip-whitelist#ariaid-title1 or change your network (another wifi or 4g).
