Which method are you using to upload the test results: KRE or Katalon Studio desktop?
If you are using KRE and scheduling the test on TestOps, could you please share the log here?
To view the log when using KRE on TestOps, you can refer to section 6 of this document.

We are running the tests in Jenkins using Katalon Studio. The tests are all passing, but the upload of the results to TestOps never completes. Until about 5 days ago, this was working fine.
