Test Case is executing multiple times in Test Suite

I have only 1 test case in test suite and trying to execute in the test suite.
It is executing 3 times and for 1st run it is Passed and other 2 runs as Failed.

I want only 1 run for this test suite.

And also I checked the Executing settings:

Can you check Execution Information in your Test Suite? You may have a different value for the number of attempts.
