Hi Katalon team,
We are unable to see the screenshots for the failed test cases when run as suite and suite collection.
We did not face this issue when working with version 5.6.3
Could you guys help, whether we need to make settings for Katalon version 6.0.4.

As long as you have this ticked you shouldnt have any problems. Just please check all your settings in your project are correct including report and email especially. Im using exactly the same version and experience no issues so it must be something on your end. There is also 6.1 out so try updating to that if this doesnt work for you
