Running Safari Tests on iOS devices

I have two questions regarding Running Safari Tests on iOS devices.

1. I followed the set up guide for mac and mobile. I am now able to run safari tests on all iPhones and iPad air simulators. However, I’m unable to run the same test cases with iPad and iPad Pro simulators with the following error message,

09-18-2018 11:44:08 AM - [FAILED] - Test Cases/Open Safari FAILED because (of) (Stack trace: com.kms.katalon.core.exception.StepFailedException: Unable to open browser with url: 'https://www.katalon.com/' (Root cause: org.openqa.selenium.WebDriverException: An unknown server-side error occurred while processing the command. Original error: Could not create simulator with name 'appiumTest-iPad Pro', device type id 'iPad Pro' and runtime id '11.4'. Reason: 'simctl error running 'create': Invalid device type: iPad Pro' (WARNING: The server did not provide any stacktrace information)

Anybody has any idea why only iPad and iPad Pros aren’t supported?

2. I tried running test cases on a real iPad Device and I ran into this error,

Test Cases/Open Safari FAILED because (of) (Stack trace: com.kms.katalon.core.exception.StepFailedException: Unable to open browser with url: 'https://www.katalon.com/' (Root cause: org.openqa.selenium.WebDriverException: An unknown server-side error occurred while processing the command. Original error: Unable to launch WebDriverAgent because of xcodebuild failure: "xcodebuild failed with code 65". Make sure you follow the tutorial at https://github.com/appium/appium-xcuitest-driver/blob/master/docs/real-device-config.md. Try to remove the WebDriverAgentRunner application from the device if it is installed and reboot the device. (WARNING: The server did not provide any stacktrace information)

I’m using a free individual developer account, could that be the reason why it’s failing to build according to a lot of other discussions on appium?
