In the “JUnit_Report.xml” file that is produced when a Test Suite runs, please add a “time” element to each “testcase” element. I see there the overall time is reported in the “testsuites” and “testsuite” elements, but it is missing from each “testcase” element.
TeamCity uses this time element to report how long each test case took to run, thus it shows that all tests completed in <1s currently.
