two things worth knowing. the debug counter has a known tracking problem, viet confirmed it back in february (“there seem to be issues with tracking Debug executions, we’re trying to fix that”): Progress tracking not update on katalon academy - #16 by viet.nguyen
and from what i saw with the data-driven counter, these metrics count distinct test cases, not runs. debugging the same case ten times counted as one, running different cases moved it: Katalon Certification Progress Issue - #7 by depapp
so if your debug runs were mostly on two or three cases, try debugging ten different test cases once each, breakpoint hit and resumed to the end, and give the dashboard a day or two. if it still sits at 2/10, dm @viet.nguyen directly with the screenshots, that was faster than the certifications mailbox for the others.
