"pop-up" inside browser

I am having an issue with an “internal js pop up” which I have to click X to close. the event is captured, but during playback, it doesn’t do anything and I get the error: “ERROR c.k.k.core.keyword.internal.KeywordMain - ? Unable to click on object”

any thoughts?
