e.g. Total time ~=120 sec ,retry poll interval=30 sec
Test step should execute every interval of 30 sec,and should attempt max 4 times(i.e. 30 *4=120 sec),if not successfully executed in previous attempts.
It should return failed status after 120 sec only.
bit similar to Fluent wait in Java-Webdriver method.
