Not able to find object on a Web page in IE 11 browser

Gettng below error:Root cause: com.kms.katalon.core.webui.exception.WebElementNotFoundException

I tried locating all the objects on this page of the application using Spy web,Xpath etc but no success.

The application works on a different pop up aspx frame which opens after hitting the application link.I could easily switch the window and login but not able to locate the elements after navigation. Please suggest.
