Not able to execute test run executions on TestOps using Run Time Engine

after getting command line Command to run on testops using katalon run time engine " -statusDelay=0 -retry=0 -testSuitePath=“Test Suites/TS_RegressionTest_With TestOps Vision” -browserType=“Chrome” -executionProfile=“default” -testOpsProjectId=1075495 --config -proxy.auth.option=NO_PROXY -proxy.system.option=NO_PROXY -proxy.system.applyToDesiredCapabilities=true -webui.autoUpdateDrivers=true" system is not able to recognise this
