Not able run the action click a span_close object

Hi Guys,
currently i am facing an issue after spying the alert,
when try to do some action by clicking the on that alert, which identified as a span_close object and run the automation (WebUI.click(findTestObject(‘Page_Home Page - VLifeNew/span_Close’)),
then its not able to executed thus is failed.

Unable to find the element located by ‘By.xpath: //body[@id=‘frame-body’]/div[18]/div/div/a/span’. Please recheck the objects properties to make sure the desired element is located.

does someone able to help me on this?
