New object - CSS / xpath / Attributes

I would like to create a list of objects from this table where the values are dynamic for example tag 207 = XNYS.

And I would like to do it in such a way that we can search from the table by identifying the Tag value i.e. 207 and then find it’s value i.e. XNYS.

I have attached a screenshot of the console.

I am still new to Katalon so would appreciate if you can let me know how to go about doing it - whether we should use CSS or xpath or attributes
