Need rest method that can return object byte stream (binary data) for Class ResponseObject

hello,

I am doing a REST test and need to save the binary data returned by rest service to a file for later to do binary compare, however the getResponseBodyContent ()
return type is String, so when write to file the content of binary data is corrupted.

I am running KS 5.x
Looking at this documentation, ResponseObject (Katalon Studio API Specification) , I don’t see a method that can return data as binary.

Is there any solutions anyone can suggest? Thanks

is it ok to convert response to bytearray

Thanks Timo for the suggestion. I have tried that and unfortunately content is still corrupted after String to bytearray conversion.
