I would like to do some throughput/performance testing on one of my sites. Does Katalon allow users to run multiple test suites concurrently? Or would I have to find multiple machines to run scripts on?

Yes you can execute test suites in parallel mode using Test Suite Collection. Please refer to this article: https://docs.katalon.com/display/KD/Execute+a+test+suite+collection

Please note that a Test Suite Collection has Execution Mode property : Sequential / Parallel
