Manually define an object's xpaths

In the TestObject detail screen, the developer has the ability to select the selection method (i.e. XPath, Attributes, CSS). When selecting the XPath option, is it possible to manually add xpaths with BOTH a name and value?

When using the Spy Recorder, it will create multiple xpaths, that are used by the smart self-healing feature, that include the following names… (i.e. xpath:attributes, xpath:idRelative, xpath:position, etc.), with their associated values. When manually adding values, it appears you can only define the value portion, with no option to define the name. Can you define both?
