Link taking too long to Open

Hi Team,
When I open 1 particular link normally in any browser it gets open without any error. However when same link I am trying automate through Katalon Studio, link is not getting open. Getting error “This site can’t be reached” - “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”.
Can anyone help in this regards? Is there any setting that need to be done.

Can that link accessible in public? Or is it behind proxy/firewall?
