Long story short, I have recently downgraded to the free version because I wasn’t using the paid features. I’ve been billed again in January, and I just need to talk to someone about it so they can explain why.
I’ve tried for days now to try and get through to a live agent, but there is never one available. And whenever I try and set up a meeting, the questions asked are implying that it would be a sales call (asking how big my team is, etc). I’ve also tried to go down the journey of raising a support case but it just never leads to raising one, it seems to go in circles.
What is the best way to contact someone?
