Katalon Error an unknown server side error occurred

Am getting this error repeated and Katalon_Mobile1

Below are the environment details:

  1. Katalon Version: v 6.1.5 Build 3
  2. Windows 10 Pro with Firewall Disabled
  3. Node: v10.16.0
  4. npm version: 6.9.0
  5. Appium: v1.13.0
  6. Mobile: Samsung J8
  7. Android: v 9.0

Any help is much appreciated.
