Katalon cannot run script against IE or Edge

i am running katalon 6.1.4

when I try to run a script against IE the page loads with a localhost url even though I have the url in the script as something else and I get this:

This is the initial start page for the WebDriver server.

If I try to run the same script against EDGE the browser does not even come up and I get this in the log viewer:

My Web application only works on IE and I do face the same issue. Looking for a solution.

Same issue with 7.0.5 Version. This script was running clean in the earlier versions. Now it is literally blocking my testing. Hoping to find a solution ASAP

Can you share the version of IE and IE Driver of the KS version that worked for you ?

IE Version: 11 IE Driver Version: 3.6.0.0 > Now updated to 3.141.59.0

KS version 6.1.5 > Next updated to 6.3.3 v where this issue started troubling me.

We’ve rolled back to the previous version of IE driver in 7.0.6. Please try and let us know.

Also please share the execution logs.

I haven’t updated to 7.0.6 yet but I did some Changes to IE settings(Disabled protection mode in all 4 zones) and it is working. This change is helping the Script to initiate the URL that I want to run. First I did downloaded the 32 bit IE driver and then tried running it but it didn’t work. But After the settings changed, I had no issue to execute the test.
