JIRA Integration with Katalon

I have installed the Katalon addon on JIRA. However I dont see the Katalon/Gherkin fields when creating an issue/task in JIRA. THe addon is installed on FUJI

Same issue here - and the response avoidance by Katalonian support is tragic.

Old thread. But i eventually used JIRA rest api to integrate with jira
