Is Katalon Studio compatible with FairPoint Spread for .NET?

Our desktop app is getting upgraded with a new grid view from a third-party (MESCIUS previously FairPoint spread).

In Katalon Studio v9 Free, the Spy Windows Object does not detect data in the spread even after setting Accessibility Role to Table and accessibility name and description are set. Only 2 panels are showing up for the horizontal and vertical scrollbars. (Using latest WinAppDriver)

Does anyone have any experience with scanning for these types of .net components?
Is this a limitation of the Free edition?
