it is not very clear what is your use case.
supposed you need to create/update/delete tickets, as far as i know redmine does have an REST API which can help, check it here:
https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/rest_api
so you can write some listeners to update tickets based on your testcase execution status
