install on macOS

I am following the instructions found https://docs.katalon.com/display/KD/Mobile+on+macOS but I have two issues

  1. When I install brew install node and brew install nam i get that they are not linked
  2. When I try to open the WebDriverAgent.xcodeproj I get "“WebDriverAgent project” is locked for editing and you may not be able to save your changes. Do you want to unlock it?"
I am not able to move forward at this point. What am I missing?

OS 10.11.6
