I have a sign-up page to automate. it takes the Mobile number & Email address as unique.

I have automated the sign-up flow but now I want to use different mobile numbers & email addresses every time I execute the test case. I have created an internal excel and bind that data with my test case. but I am confused about how to use different mobile number & emails every time I execute my sign-up test case. Any help will be appreciated!!!. Thanks.
