I can't start web record

The web recording was working fine but suddenly it no longer works and every time I press the record button this message appears :

Thanks for your information,
Could you please provide us some below information?

  • Your Windows version
  • Your Katalon Studio version
  • Katalon Studio logs after you get the error which locates in the folder: \config.metadata.log
