I cant log in to my katalon account - “Mixing paid products and free Studio” error

Hello, starting with today I am facing some issues with login. The error is the following :
" Mixing paid products and free Studio within an account is not permitted in our Terms of Use.Contact your Katalon Admin/Account Owner if you need to purchase a license."

I have never received this error as I am using a paid license. My team members are still using it but if someone has to logout is not able to login again.

Hi,

I think your problem is similar to this: I cant log in to my katalon account - "Mixing paid products and free Studio" error. I will ask my team and back to you guys soon over this thread. Others please refer to this. Thank you!
