Hello @chaimaa.mhamdi-igm : Could you please check the below settings once. if its there , could you please Override it and then manually put server url , email and password manually and then check
@chaimaa.mhamdi-igm - You can find your test execution reports in to the testOps under Executions tab after enabling Organization Integration as suggested by @Monty_Bagati.
if also you want to see your previously run results on TestOps then you can upload reports from Katalon studio as well from TestOps
