is this tooltip ? try building mouseover action and identify the element as usual
Can you right click and select “Inspect”? Do this twice. That should give you the HTML if the Alert is part of your web page and maybe a pathway that will only exist when the Helptext is present, or visible. Then maybe you can create an object with a pathway to this object and then check if the Helptext is present.
One other question, what version of “Katalon Recorder” are you using?
If you let us know if you’re using Katalon Studio’s web recorder or the standalone Katalon Recorder (plugin), this would be helpful (in order for us to be able to help you out).
