How to fetch/import test cases from Jira or Excel into Katalon TestOps

Hello,

I am unable to import my test artifcats into Katalon TestOps.

I would like to import scenarios and requirements ideally from a Excel file, or from Jira.
I followed documentation to set up integration in both Jira and Katalon TestOps, but I still cannot see my test artifcats in Katalon TestOps.

Is there any way to import test scenarios from a csv/xlsx file ?
if not, is there any way to create test scenarios directly through Katalon TestOps ?
if not, how to fetch scenarios from Jira into Katalon Test Ops ?

@Elly_Tran is there a way to import testcases from excel or save testcase excel files in testops?
