It takes really long time for me to open Katalon Studio and then another minute to open up a project?
Is that the same with you guys? Does anyone have any suggestions?
First time you open katalon once a new version is installed it may take some time (it is looking for activation, updating plugins and so on). Not much to do on this, unfortunately, unless you have a business offline license.

tuning the Xms and Xmx values in katalon.ini file may help. Search the forum for related discussions (and take note on the physical resources available on your machine). Mine looks like this:
-Xms1024m
-Dfile.encoding=utf-8
-Xmx2048m
