How can I Verify that the url in a link on the page is what I want it to be?

Hi I can I validate that a certain link on a page have correct URL. for example www.cnn.com and a clickable facebook icon in the footer. I want to make sure the url in the facebook icon is CNN

  1. If Pass then the step should pass
  2. if Failed then I get an error message url is not correct."
